Processing time

All items are made to order. Please allow us up to 3 weeks (for customs - up to a month) to assemble and ship your order. If you require expedited processing for your order, please contact us at support@himawari.jewelry and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

General Information

We ship worldwide from Czech Republic. All orders are tracked and shipped with UPS, PPL, GLS, Zásilkovna, DHL or local postal services depending on the country.

Parcels are usually delivered in 1-3 weeks but may take longer in rare cases. 

Countries we don't ship to: Afghanistan, Botswana, British Indian Ocean Territory, Fiji, South Sudan, Caribbean Netherlands, Kiribati, North Korea, Lesotho, Mauritania, Pitcairn Islands, Rwanda, Sint Maarten, Samoa, Turkmenistan

Shipping Rates

Czechia: from Kč 69.00 (GLS, PPL or Zásilkovna). Free shipping on orders over 2000 Kč!

If you're located in Liberec, pick-up is also possible (for free)! To arrange pick-up please contact us at support@himawari.jewelry.

Slovakia: €7.00.

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia: €8.00

USA: $19.00 or $69.00 (see below for more info)

Rest of the world: €10.00

Free shipping is possible for orders over 120 EUR, use code FREESHIPPING at the checkout.

USA Shipping

As of January 2026, orders to the US are shipped with UPS Express Saver or DHL Express. 

UPS shipping fee is $19 and does not include import duties. You will need to pay an import fee which is usually 15% duty + UPS brokerage fee (up to $26). Please note that additional fees may apply. We recommend paying the duties as soon as you receive a notification from UPS, this will lower the brokerage fee.

DHL Express shipping fee is $69 and covers all of the import duties. You won't need to pay any extra. This option is recommended for bigger orders over $100.

Shipping time: 2-5 business days.

Shipping Delays

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues. These may include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, customs processing delays, and logistical problems. For any concerns about your shipment, please contact the carrier directly or contact us for assistance. If there has been no update on your tracking for more than 30 days, please write us at support@himawari.jewelry.

Customs and Import Taxes

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are beyond our control. We cannot predict or estimate these fees, as they vary widely from country to country. Additionally, any delays caused by customs procedures are also not our responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.
